How it works

You can book a cleaner by downloading our app, using our online platform, or by calling/texting us. Let us know the day and time you need your cleaner, and we'll get to work assigning the right cleaner for your needs.

Unlike other companies where cleaners assign themselves to jobs, Mavriq has dedicated managers who work on getting cleaners assigned to your request. Once we find the right cleaner for you, we'll send you a confirmation and introduce you to your cleaner.

You'll enter your payment information when you book your cleaner, but don't worry, you won't get charged until the cleaner leaves your house. Our payment system is secure and uses a trusted partner called Stripe.

We usually send one cleaner at a time, and the minimum booking time is 4 hours. If you need more time, simply ask your cleaner if they can stay longer (if available), and we'll automatically bill you for the extra time.

On the day of your cleaning, your cleaner will arrive on time and get to work. You'll receive updates when they arrive and when they leave, so you can be sure everything is going smoothly.
